Experience the Chimpanzees of Kibale
Kibale National Park, located in western Uganda, is famous for its chimpanzee tracking opportunities. This lush rainforest is home to 13 primate species, making it a primate lover’s paradise.
The tour starts with an early morning trek into the forest, guided by experienced trackers. As you navigate the dense vegetation, listen to the calls of the chimpanzees and other primates. Once you locate a chimpanzee troop, spend an hour observing their behavior, social interactions, and playful antics.
In addition to chimpanzee tracking, Kibale offers excellent bird watching, with over 375 bird species recorded. The park also features beautiful crater lakes and lush forest trails, perfect for nature walks and hiking.
